I have friends that live close by and have been their a few times. I do not see us making it their any time soon, but was interested in the nicest campground in the area for the future.

To bad you can't make it. I have not actually stayed in a campground at PF because our friend has a rental house there we use but i have driven through a couple. Most have been nice. Sorry cant remember their names.

I got the feeling trying to make John eat a vegetable is as hard as trying to keep Frank away from chocolate chip cookies, it ain't gonna happen.

We can't make it this Christmas, but keep me posted for future gatherings. We should be able to get there in 2 days, for a summer GG. I would be able to do this on a weeks vacation time, unlike trying to get to the Fort.

Let's make it a habit to have some of these up North!

I'm generally busy in the evenings when most of you hang out in chat. I assume this has been thoroughly discussed there. For the benefit of those of us that don't chat......could you post some of the details here? That is.....if you don't mind some of us that are not regulars to join your GG?

We are going to the fort the first of the year and could possibly swing through PF for a few days on the way down.

Don't usually have time for chat in the evenings either...anyone want to clue me in..or is it a secret?..

Not secret, the PF GG is in the final planning stages, the Gettysburg GG is just a thought as of now.
