Pictures Purchased on Wish

We were on Wish from the 24th-28th of October and have yet to see our pictures that we purchased. Anyone have some insight on this please because they’re obviously or cheap.

Did you stop at Shutters to pick up the thumb drive on the last night/morning? Or are they doing it differently now?

You have to log into your Disney Cruise account under already booked and then you should see a tablet as my Photos put your castaway club number in and your photo should appear

we tried that but it doesn’t work. All it shows is an empty file. The Disney Cruise app showed that we purchased it before we got off the ship. Now that app doesn’t even show that we were on the boat. My sisters purchased pics as well and they’re having the same issue.
