Pictures in names???

I am getting very addicted to doing the designs but I, for the life of me, can not figure out how to put pictures in the names. Can anyone help me? The software that I am using is ArcSoft Photostudio. I know most do not use that but I believe it is about the same as Photoshop. TIA
