So I decided to put my digital camera into action again last night. My friend, sister & I hopped into the auto & drove over to Ft. Worth to see Bowling For Soup, A Simple Plan & Gob. We got there a little late, so we missed Gob, but here's what we did see...

Ohh, lighting effects! For some reason they wouldn't stand still so I could get a decent shot. Some people seem just so self-involved.

According to the rest of the group a couple girls flashed the band & I missed it...stupid camera!

About 5 seconds later a little shirtless dude that maybe weighed 130 crowd surfed onto the stage...he tried to stand there for a while & a bouncer yanked him from behind off the stage. It was hilarious!

I was able to get a pic from the stairs above the crowd

Here's my sister with the lead guitarist, Chris (he can write his name backwards!). We would have gotten more, but the other person that we went with "had to go home" because she was tired...at 12:30 on a Friday night...

Here's one of the few times where I'm not the big guy in the photo...man, I guess I tipped back a few...

You know, if I could learn to play the drums & switched places with Gary, I bet it would be a couple weeks before the other guys knew what was up.

Man, my clothes reek of smoke now. Not to mention the numerous sweaty people rubbing against me (to pass by) all night. Yeesh. Talk about gross!

All & all it wasn't a bad waste of $10 though.
