Picture Point at WP for Small Ceremony?

I could swear that I read a post where someone wrote that her planner offered her Picture Point for a ceremony location and there was at least one photo of it, along with other locations she was considering. I've searched ten ways 'til Sunday and still can't find it.

Can anyone confirm that this is a possibility for a ceremony? TIA!!
