I did a little sleuthing on the Ferdinand mystery... and I'm left with more questions lol. Ferdinand came from a comment made by Shirley Temple that most people thought referred to the prince, but actually referred to Ferdinand the bull, a Disney character from a cartoon short. Other prince names floating around (that seem to originate from Disney in some way) are Florian and Frederick. Disney Archivist Dave Smith says the prince has no official name. Confusing!

Yeah, I read that on Wiki too....I figure if it's on the internet... It's got to be true.. Right?
Either way.. Ferdinand, or Florian or Frederick are not MY choices of names for ANY Disney Prince.. Well, except maybe for the bull..and only if he were a prince too.. I'm not familiar with that cartoon short. grin
I think I'll put Snow White in my dvd watching que for this week.. hmm?

Good catch on the HM Cyndi! I think you got it!

I've been trying to commit to doing at least a wee bit o' drawing every day from now on, and am working on Mater as I learned in the drawing class at AoA a while back. (See AoA Part 4 video.) This morning I decided to take a look at the actual model rather than the master drawing I was given and seems there are quite a few differences! Wish I had taken a straight on shot!

LOL! Actually, that does,m but not how you might think. That is veyr close to the view I posted, slight side view, but it reminds me of my shot of THAT Mater and I think I did shoot that from more straight on! Now to find it... oh my!
