Since DGD won't be playing for a few weeks we'll be watching the game from home....bonus today...seeing her thanking the crowd with her teammates.

Miserable night for opening home football game but..yes...in Texas we stand out in the LIGHT rain and wait for the gates to the stadium to open! Eventually stopped raining so halftime activities happened AND the football team won so wasn't so bad after all!

No smiles from the "injured bench" but got one when she visited with her high school "best friend" teammate after the game. Another college soccer player at a school about an hour away; she came to check up on the knee issues!
