The Mark Twain - All Quiet on the River

The Mark Twain leaves the busy waters of New Orleans Square and heads into Frontierland and points beyond. The Twian is void of passengers on this its first voyage of the day and this part of the park is empty of guests.

Watercolor in Club 33 by Disney Legend Alice Estes Davis - costume designer of the original It's a Small World, as well as Pirates of the Caribbean and others. She was also the wife of one of the "Nine Old Men" - Marc Davis [also a Disney Legend]. As far as I can tell, they are the only husband/wife to be honored with side-by-side windows on Main Street in Disneyland. [If I am wrong about that, I'm sorry.]
