Anyone have any pics of an open pull out couch/sofabed? Even better if it is from a studio at Kidani since that is where we'll be staying this year. I haven't had any luck finding this (if it exists). I'll have to remember to take a picture of this while we are there and post it for anyone who might be looking for the same thing.

TIA!

I have a few. I just need to find them first...saved on the external drive on DH's computer.

This is what I could find for now on my online photos. I'll see if there is anything else I can find in our other pics tomorrow. BTW, this was from a 1BR at Kidani...same pullout sofa I believe.

Oh great! I was just going to post the same thing. We are staying in kidani in September in a studio

Awesome! Braveteacher thank you so much!!! Question-were your children comfortable on the couch? I think kids are probably generally easier to please about that sort of thing, did you or DH happen to try it out at all to see how it was?

We are very excited to stay at Kidani but the one thing my husband wasn't thrilled about was the studio having a pull out couch. He said that either our girls have to sleep on it or I will because it was my idea. :rolleyes2

Sturowski, have a great trip! We are going in October so we'll be there shortly after you.

My boys have always been very comfortable on the pullout at Kidani... Never a complaint.

My sister came with us once and slept on it as well. She said she was surprisingly comfortable as well. I also fell asleep one day while we were back for a mid day break. I found it to be acceptable. I didn't think it was unbearable.

So, this is different than the day beds, correct? I don't suppose anybody has a photo of an opened day bed? (I'm thinking of the ones at the GF but I assume they're the same at all resorts?)

Thank you!

Can anyone tell me about the comfort of these pull out couches? My 18 yo daughter doesn't want to sleep on one. I also checked out the new Murphy beds at riverside and I know my 10 yo will not be happy to sleep on that. Can anyone tell me about those?

I do not know about the pull out at Kidani, but I have slept on the one in a Studio at Beach Club Villas. I am 6'3", 210lbs and had no issues at all sleeping on it for 7 nights. Surprisingly comfortable.

Our son, who was 8 at the time, loved sleeping on the murphy bed at POR. He was about 5'1" at the time. The murphy beds are 63" x 30".

This is from May 2010. I was 19 at the time and slept on it for 11 nights with no issues. I've also slept on the pull out couch at Beach Club Villas for five nights and had no problems there either.
