Picture Frames

Does anyone know where online I can buy picture frames in bulk? I am looking for ones that are flat and do not have much of a border. I am doing scrapbook frames and am thinking of trying to sell them at our local Flea Market. I can get the frame I am looking for at Wal-Mart, but I wanted to try to get several at one time.

I know IKEA sells plain picture frames for super cheap. They're not in bulk, but they have bulk amounts and are still very inexpensive.
