Picture Effects 8 premium for free

This is a very good post processing software now being offered by free. It's part of a suite of software, so I assume they are trying to entice people to buy the rest of the suite.

It's basically picture effects, but includes pretty good masking and layering, so much more powerful than typical Instagram filters.

It has one very valuable effect for some shooters -- lens blur. You can easily and effectively add background blur in order to create subject seperation.

Anyway, it's not an essential piece of software, but it's well worth the cost of $0

looks good but I can't get it to work with CS5
appears to lack an unlocking code to activate
