First 2 rows get a little wet. 3rd row back, not much, if any at all.

9pm, 10:30pm

Not to scare you but we had waited for a very long time and sat in the second row behind several families who were right at the railing and when the show started everyone stood up. Also everyone crowded together which was rather uncomfortable. This was in June of 08.

The rail between the seating area and the river? No one is allowed to stand in the seating area. At all. The CMs will enforce this, without exception.
