I just posted some pics from the DD store on my Epson Album site (click link below). I'm sorry but there are several that came out fuzzy for some reason. Gives you an idea though what they have there.

12 x 12 kits were $15 I believe and the 8 x 10 were $12. All albums were $25.

Totally OT here, but I was just looking at your site, Timon. I was specifically looking at your WDW2002 scrapbook. Are your letters stickers? Cutouts? Fonts? All three? LOL!

I absolutely love the lettering for "Jammin' Jungle" in Animal Kingdom!

Your scrapbooks are awesome! I thought mine were good until I looked at yours, lol!

a sb store IN disneyworld...does life get ANY better than that??????

I use many different techniques for my lettering. Most of them are done by computer, some are die cuts, some are done using templates etc.

The Jungle one is a font called Jungle Leaves. You can find it free on the internet. Just do a search and you will find it!

Great pictures, Cass!! Did you happen to notice if their albums are post bound and do they sell extenders for them?

Pat

24 days and counting . . . again!

Yes, they were mostly post-bound but they had no extenders or refills. They had one album that was a 3 ring binder which was nice if you like that kind of album.

Just a quick note to thank you for the fun I've just had hanging out on your amazing websites!! WOW......you must be the most organized woman in the whole world. :D

DeeAnn,
:jumping2:
LOL, well thanks for the compliment! I'm glad you enjoyed it! But sometimes I feel like a I am totally unorganized and overwhelmed!:crazy2:

I noticed that you are from Vegas! Cool:cool1: That's our second fave city right after Orlando :)

We are trying to make it there and to L.A. for our next vacation! We really miss it there!

Timon,
Do you usually visit Disneyland while on this side of the country?
It is only 4 hours from our house to Mickey's house.....well, that is with my husband driving and no traffic!! ::yes::
Have a great week!!

I just realized I was in that store!!!!!!!!!! I bought a poster called the Disney Kiss. Anyway, I was there about 3 years ago. I wasn't even into scrapping then, but I'm just curious...did they sell SB supplies then too, or is this relatively new to disney. I can't believe I was there and didn't get anything to scrap with! AAA...I wish i would've known.

DeeAnn,

Absolutely! We actually got married in Vegas and then spent our honeymoon in California! We want to go see the new park and we HAVE to go ride all the new roller coaster at SFMM!!! I can't wait!!!!!

Irmillen,

The SB part of the store is quite new, early this year if I am not mistaken, maybe late last year at the most. There really isn't that much there, Disney could make a fortune if they only tapped into the real SB market out there!! Can you imagine papers with all the rides on them and stuff?

The store at disney looks really cool. Do they have more than stickers and albums. I really enjoy Disney and scrapbooking has become a fun hobby (OBSESSION) for me. Can't wait until I go to Disney World again so I can go shopping.:Pinkbounc :D

I was just in that store two weeks ago today & they had the scrapbook packs (stickers, diecuts & paper) on sale for $5.99 - that's half off! Went to Pooh Corner & they were on sale there too! That was MY souvenir! :teeth:
