Picnic lunch @ Blizzard Beach?

The Meal in a Bucket is a kids sandwich chips and a drink served in a real sand pail with shovel. It was around $5 One of the few good deals. The mugs are like the hotel mugs. They have a stick on bar code one for each day of the week (i.e. mon, tue, wed...) they are good at either water park. The mugs cost $10 the first day and you can get a new sticker on future days for $5 (i.e. bring the mug back and just buy a bar code sticker)
There is a good deal on ice cream at TL it is the "Garbage Pail Sundae" it is served in the same sand pail as the kid meal. The pail is filled with soft server ice cream covered in toppings and mounded over with whipped cream. It easly feeds 2-3 people. We buy them every time we go to TL ($7.69 last year).

Couple of follow up questions, please!
1. Do the mugs work in the theme parks also, i.e. MK, MGM, etc. or only at the 2 water parks? We'll be spending a week at WDW, but probably only 1 day of that week at a water park with the other days at the main 4 parks So could we buy a mug our 1st day at, say Epcot, then fill it at MK one day, AKL one day, MGM one day, and Blizzard beach another day?
2, Do they have the garbage pail sundae at Blizzard beach, or only at Typhoon Lagoon?
3. Could you give me an example of the types of sandwiches in the meal in a bucket? Are they cold sandwiches such as PBJ, Ham/cheese, etc. or can a kid get a hot dog, corn dog, hamburger, or something along those lines?

WIll help where I can. The mugs cannot be used at the Theme parks only the water parks. In the past we took our ouwn drinks in the cooler and also added the sticker to the mug--we did not use the mug and felt that we wasted the money. I have never seen the pail at Blizzard Beach but I wasn't looking for it either, but have bought my fare share of ice cream. Have never bought the kids meal, but I think it is a PB&J.

Went and checked allearsnet.com on the menues and TL only has the ice cream pail. There kids meal has grilled chesse pretzel, hot dog, or PB&J--chips and drink. BB kids have chicken strips (Ithink) hot dogs, and PB&J. If you go to the link you can see menues of all Disney eats.

I am getting so excited! Especially to know I can buy a sticker in each WP for the mug - our DD loved TL when she was 4 and BB at 2, but I doubt she really remembers that - do you guys think it's best to go very early on WP days and then be done by 2 or so when the crowds get thick?

Can you use your hotel mug & just get a sticker to put on it or do you have to buy a new mug at the water park?

Looks like the other questions were answered except the last one on mugs. No, you actually need to purchase a mug there at the water park.
One more, we prefer getting there early and leaving when ever. We might to to Disney Quest afterwards - or go back to the house and swim some more. Or to a movie. Usually we need a nap after the water park.

Is it a mug like at the hotels or a sports bottle. The menu at allearsnet looks like it should be a sports bottle. If so how large is it? Thanks.

Mine is a mug from Typhoon Lagoon--we got it when we were the family of the day--It is just like the resort mug but with the WP design.

Hi from Ontario Canada. We have always wanted to go to BB when we are down thier. This March weather permitting it will come true. Great that we can take our own lunch. I wonder if the whole family can share a mug? DD12 will love if it includes slushies.

We only have one mug and we all share it. We also bring in other can drinks just for some variety. Hoopefully we will get to use our mug at the end of the cruise. Just found out the the new water coaster at TL will be open when we finish our cruise--I know I can't do the ride, but my kids have been looking forward to this one.

We were able to get slushies at Blizzard Beach. We did not buy a mug at Typhoon Lagoon, so I'm not sure.
