How about a dill pickle relish for hot dogs? I'm always looking for one as I don't like the sweet relish, but can never find any. A nice, crispy, refrigerator dill pickle relish would be awesome!

If you decide to make some, do I get a free jar and a lifetime supply if you go big? Please????:

Claussen dill pickles. It's one of the few brand names that I'm totally loyal to.

I bought 2 jars last week at a farmers market. I paid $3.50 for a 16oz jar.

I got pepper butter which was wonderful and some kind of orange pickle that was also really good. The orange one reminded me of picked watermelon rind which is one of my all time favorites!

I love the big fresh kosher deli ones but since we don't have them here Claussen is ok. I also love pickled eggplant, which are mostly vinegar and pickled gardenia salad which contains cauliflower, sweet peppers, carrots & olives. I would love them fresh

I giggled a bit at this. I am pretty sure you mean giardineria, but when I first read "gardenia salad," I was thinking it was something Hawaiian/tropical made with the flowers (and thinking that sounded a bit gross, IMHO).

We love pickles here...........open a jar and its gone. No sweet pickles here, we like sour and garlic.

My kids also love pickled carrots and cant get enough of them..........

I prefer dill pickles (kosher, polish, and no garlic), but I like bread and butter, and sweet pickles, too.

The only other thing I like pickled (that I can think of right now) are beets.

They were orange pickle cucumbers. They were so good, almost like eating candy!
