We are spending five days at WDW the week before Christmas and then checking out and going over to HRH for one night so that my DH and DS can spend a day at IOA with Express pass privileges. They will taxi over to HRH from the Beach Club early in the day while my DD and I stay at WDW for an extra day of magic (we're not big roller coaster fans).
I know that DH will need to check in to HRH before going to the park to get his room key/express pass. Here are two questions:
1. Will I be able to get room keys when I get to HRH (without DH) later that day?
2. Is there some helpful secret about how my husband gets the actual park tickets? We have a confirmation number from AAA. I have a vague recollection of reading something here online about how long the ticket line itself is at IOA and that there's a way to avoid it.
