picking up passes?

This board is so helpful - I have another question. Please bear with me, I haven't been to WDW since the 80s!
I have a holiday voucher from my travel agent for Park Hopper passes. We arrive on a Sunday and I don't want to enter the parks until Monday. Can we go pick up our passes at one of the park entrances on Sunday night or can we get them at the resort (we are staying at the Pop Century)? If we can get them on Sunday I figure we will save time on Monday a.m. and can get right into the parks at opening.

You can exchange your vouchers at any of the Guest Relations locations at the front of the theme parks or at Guest Relations at Downtown Disney. The hotel is not equiped to do voucher exchanges. If you don't want to go to the parks you could head to Downtown Disney and get your voucher exhanged there. Here is the Downtown Disney info:

Marketplace Guest Relations Located next to Once Upon a Toy
Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Sunday - Thursday
8:30 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. Friday - Saturday


West Side Guest Relations Adjacent to Pleasure Island, near AMC Theaters
Hours: 9:30am to 11:45pm


Obviously the 4 theme parks have guest relations at their main entrances that would be open with the park hours for the day.

Thanks for the info Liberty Belle. My DD and I are arriving Sunday afternoon and have PS for Chef Mickey's for dinner so I think we will go over to MK's main entrance after dinner and pick up our passes.
Again thanks for the help. People like you have made my "anxieties" about this trip disappear. We leave 2 weeks from today and both of us are excited!!!!!
