Picking up map at MK 12/2

If the we have to go around mainstreet because of parade where will we pick up our map? And does this mean I need to change my plan of starting with space mountain and buzz lightyear? It is also my DD's 11th birthday and we wanted to get her one of those buttons. This is our first trip and I want her day at MK to be memorable. Thanks for any help. 3 Days !

You can still pick up maps under the train station. In addition, just about every store or cart will have maps by the cash register. I don't think you will have to change your plans, just try not to stay around Main Street too long.

You should still be able to get to guest services at City Hall as well to get the Birthday Button.

If you're staying on property, you can pick up a map at your guest services too.

When you enter through the train station area, stay to the right. The maps and times guides are located on the left hand side as you exit the building. Stay heading right, and cut through the candy store and each building that you can up main street. When you get to the ice cream shop, bear right again and pass the Noodle Terrace, this will take you right up to Tomorrowland where you can start with Space MT and Buzz LIghtyear.
