My DD & family are staying at WDW before our next cruise.
We are staying off site.
Can we pick them up with out having to pay?
Do we just need their hotel name & res# & day's of stay, or do we need more?

If they are at a WDW hotel just have their name (res #makes it seam more offical also) and stop at the gate to the resort and let them know that you are picking up family. They will direct you to the resort parking area. Once you have met up with them you can either carry the luggage to the car or bring it to the drop off/pick up area and swing through with your car an pick them up there (unless they and you are organized and have good enough communication so that they are at the pick up area with luggage when you arrive).

Going to the Polynesian and nearby resorts you must pass through the toll plaza. Use one of the lanes over to the right (you must bear right on the way out), tell the attendant where you are going (or ask for directions) and then drive on.
