My husband and I are taking a group vacation with our families at the end of the year using our DVC. Both of our parents would like to see Cirque du Soleil, but my husband and I saw it on our last trip and really don't need to see it again so soon.
My question is if I book the tickets through member services for a possible discount will I have to be there to pick them up or will my mother, mother-in-law, etc be able to claim them themselves without me there?

I ordered the tickets on line from Ticket Master I guess. Anyway I got to see the seating arrangements and got perfect seats for my MIL and BIL. I don't think I knew about the discount, which I sertainly would have used had I known. They just mailed her the tickets right away. When I have purchased hard ticket events Disney has mailed them right away. Of course you can still pick them up, but if they are in their name I am sure she will need ID.
