Picking up AP's

I purchased my AP's online w/Universal. Do I have to go to the main gate to pick them up or can I pick them up at the hotel? We'll be checking in at Royal Pacific for EP's but staying at Sapphire Falls and I'm trying to figure out which order to do this all in LOL

I have collected them at the UOR desk at HRH, which suggests that you can collect them at the deluxe hotels.

In your case, I'd pick it up at Royal Pacific's ticketing desk.

You can pick up at Royal Pacific and it is a much better experience than doing it at the park. I don't think it matters at which hotel you will be staying. May I ask, why would you check-in at Royal Pacific but stay at Sapphire? That doesn't sound right. Also, a caveat is that if you are getting the extra 3 months they can't necessarily do that at the hotels (I don't know why, but we got ours at the hotel it was later a headache to try to get the extra 3 months).

Because it would have cost us close to $800 to buy express passes for 1 day, this way I got 2 days of express pass for $339.

You might as well stay the night there, though. It’s a beautiful resort.

We have never stayed at Sapphire Falls but we have stayed at Royal Pacific. No offense to anyone that loves it but we did not have a good experience there. So we’re looking forward to trying new resorts. SF will be our third and later in June we’re staying at HRH.

Does Cabana Bay have a ticket desk? We are staying there on our arrival night then going to RPR. So to get the AP rate for Cabana will they just accept seeing our voucher until we can exchange them for the pass?
