Picking up AP's during evening EMH?

Does anyone know if it's possible to pick up AP's at the parks during evening EMH's?

Specifically, we've renewed our AP's and have the voucher number. We won't be arriving at the BWV until after 9pm. EP will be having evening EMH the night we arrive. Does anyone know if we can get our AP's at EP (at the International Gateway entrance since we'll be coming from BWV) after 9pm? Do they leave any of the ticket windows open after regular closing time on the nights of EMH?

I would like to add a question which kind of goes along with this one on AP's. I am looking at purchasing our first set of AP's. Do not want to purchase ahead of time and get the paper to exchange for it at the park. Main reason is the start date for the AP. Here is the question do you purchase them at any ticket widow or do you have to go somewhere special? We will be staying at the AKV.

If you pre-purchase an exchange voucher, your expiration date is based on when you do the exchange for the actual AP.

If you want to purchase an AP on property, you can do that at any theme park ticket widow or guest relations location. The guest relations locations at Downtown Disney also handle APs.

I believe that the ticket window and guest relations will be open during EMH.

We're in a similar situation - arriving late and wanting to take care of our APs (DVC discount plus GAD). So I called MS and the CM said in her experience they keep at least one ticket/guest relations window open until the last guest exits the park (to take care of any problems). She wasn't as definite about it, so I PM'd a guest relations CM (someone that actually works in the guest relations window) about the timing of the guest relation windows for an AP and here is their response...

For opening, all the parks will have at least one ticket window and one outside Guest Relations Window open at least 30 minutes before the first Guest is allowed into the park; this takes into consideration both morning EMH and pre-opening dining reservations.

Likewise, there will always be at least one window open until at least 30 minutes after the last attraction closes. Again, this takes evening EMH into consideration.

I was also going to comment on the GRO in DTD, but that cannot handle anything concerning GAD passes.

yes you can get your AP during EMH, there is usually only one person working but they are there.
