Picking the right day for the right park

How do you pick which day to do which park during the month of December? I'm been looking at the crowd charts thinking they will help me decide, I'm so confused. I want to do the DVC party at the MK on December 11th, I also would like to do one of the MVMCP which is happening 4 times during our trip. Then I'll like to do all the parks at least once, plus Disney Springs during our 8 night stay. Suggestions please.
