Picking Out Wallpaper for Kitchen

I'm about to have my old wallpaper taken down and start shopping for new - I can't even begin to imagine how hard it's going to be to go through all the wallpaper books and decide on a pattern - I'm not very daring with color at home so I can just see myself getting the most boring wallpaper!
