I was recently accepted the DCP for Fall 2014 and I accepted my offer and paid my fees, then I when I had to pick my arrival dates, it would give me an error when I tried to register for one: "Registration update error. Please contact XXX for assistance"
I'm guessing its because I didn't do all 3 steps within the 7 days I was given. I accepted my offer and paid my fees on the day that my offer expired. After I paid my fees, an email told me to wait up to 48 hours for another email to pick my arrival date.
So i waited the next day to do it and it keeps giving me a registration error when I pick an arrival date... I tried calling the number and they never answer. Anyone encountered this problem before?
