We are looking at booking a trip for April 2014. I really want to stay at AoA in an LM room but since they are not able to be discounted I am unsure of which resort to choose. We are limited to the values with our budget. It will be 2 adults and 2 kids. Any suggestions would be appreciated.:confused3

Pop century might be a good choice. You can walk across the bridge to AoA and enjoy the theming over there while taking advantage of lower prices (and hopefully a discount) at Pop!

Agree. You can also eat at AoA which has a nice menu and last time I was there real plates and silverware.

I agree with Pop. We stayed 1 night in August for our first night. We were in Building 6 at the end by the lake. I thought it was a nice location.

1) You can always stay off-site and save money.
2) Many off-site hotels accommodate 5-people.
3) Such as the Holiday Inn Sunspree on Hwy-535, Lake Buena Vista
. . . family suites
. . . good amenities
. . . 25% discount at on-site Applebee's (also, under 12 eat free)
. . . free bus transportation to/from WDW
. . . about $80/night, WITH 3rd NIGHT FREE
. . . good family activities - playground, big pool
. . . AAA/CAA discount for rooms
. . . pet friendly
