Pick-up from Epcot vs Boardwalk

Hi, I'm planning to spend one day at Epcot with the kids over the holidays and have dining reservations at Disney Springs that day. My husband will not be with us at Epcot, so he can drive to Epcot and pick us up to head to dinner. I'm wondering if it would be easier/faster for him to meet us at the Boardwalk Resort (since we'll be ending our day in World Showcase), or if he should just pick us up at the main Epcot parking lot pick-up point. Any advice is appreciated - thanks!

It would be easier for him to pick you up at BW. I don't think security, at BW, would have an issue with someone picking up there.

Beach Club is even closer than Boardwalk and he can pick you up there.

This will be dependent on whether you plan to walk from the Epcot International Gateway or catch the boat to the resort(s). If walking, head to the Beach Club. If boating, the first stop is at BW, the second is at Y&BC, so BW would be easier. It's also a shorter walk from the boat dock to the front of the resort at the BW.
