Pick-Up DDE Card on Weekend???

Can we pick up our DDE temporary card from Guest Relations at Epcot on the weekend? We did not realize that our old card had expired (different dates from our APs) until we started packing for our departure on Friday. Dh was going to call tomorrow morning to resubscribe to this program. However, I'd hate to not have it for some of our weekend meals.

Yes you can pick it up on the weekend, during the hours that Epcot is open. You cannot order it on the weekend, however so make sure you order it no later than Friday. It should be at Epcot by 5-ish in the afternoon on the day you order it.

Last April I had to pick up my DDE card on a Friday evening at EPCOT. It was about 7PM. I walked from BC through the Internation Gateway all the way to the front of EPCOT. Once there, the line was pretty long. I had waited about 20 minutes and the line didn't move. I decided to leave an pick it up on Saturday instead. There was no line and it was about late morning early afternoon when I picked it up.

My point is, just be prepared to wait in line if necessary although I hope you don't have to wait.
