I thought about this while driving yesterday. It was also coincidental that Steve Porter's Pick Six was posted yesterday as well. However, I thought it was a cop out that he didn't state one for Hollywood Studios. So, here's what you do. You list your favorite, or what you think is the best quick service restaurant for each of the WDW parks, a WDW resort, and Disney Springs. Here are mine.

MK: Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe
Epcot: Sunshine Seasons
HS: Fairfax Fare
AK: Satu'li Canteen
Resort: Riverside Mill at Port Orleans Riverside
DS: Earl of Sandwich

This is fun--- I agree that it's a cop out not to list a QS at DHS but they are not good so I wouldn't want to choose one either, ugh but I guess I will to include my top 6

1. MK-Pinocchio Village Haus
2. EP-Kringla Bakeri
3. DHS-ABC
4. AK-Satuli Canteen
5. Resort-Not eaten at enough to have a good answer here but I'd say Mara at AKL
6. DS-D Luxe Burger

MK: Columbia Harbor House
EP: Sunshine Seasons (for a meal... I usually get a small item in each country)
HS: I refuse. I ate at Backlot once but never will again though the hot dog was just a hot dog
AK: Flame Tree BBQ (note: I have not tried Satu'li)
DS: Wolfgang Puck's Express
Resort: Port Orleans French Quarter

MK: Columbia Harbor House (Although, I prefer to dine at the Plaza Restaurant in the MK)
EP: Tangierie Cafe/Les Halles/ Yorkshire County Fish Shop -- three way tie, but the best value on the DDP is Tangierie Cafe and usually can find a nice table to sit and enjoy the meal- the other choices not so much.
HS: Mostly skip this park, but my favorite is Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge - although more expensive than your average quick service meal, but much better quality
AK: Harmabe Market
DS: D-Lux Burger
RESORT: Grand Floridian Quick Service

I wanted to put a disclaimer in my HS pick too but chickened out lol!

MK: CHH OR Sleepy Hollow (love the SH hand dipped corn dogs!)
Ep: F&W festival Kiosks (sorry, none of the QS really wow me here, except maybe the bakery in France).
AK: Satuli Canteen (my fave in all of disney right now)
HS: ZERO!
DS: Wolfgang Puck Express
Resort: Nothing stands out but i guess i'll say AoA (i havent tried the QS at the delux resorts).

Sleepy Hollow hand dipped corn dogs were my favorite! Why do they have to take everything I love away!

MK- Sleepy Hollow (when they had hand dipped corn dogs)
EP- Choza de Margarita
HS-?
AK- Yak and Yeti (close second Eight Spoons Cafe- pulled pork Mac and cheese!)
DS- Hope to find out in 17 days
Resort-?

Resort: Trails End @ Ft. Wilderness

Trail's End isn't a quick service. However, there is one right next to it called P&J's Southern Takeout.

I stand by my original post.

If you need an ADR to eat there, it isn't QS. Like I said, the QS designation only means anything to those folks on the dining plan using that as a payment method.

Thats your definition. Disney considers it quick service without regards to dining plan. I do too. On a couple of near empty park days last year we were able to walk up. Some QS restaurants have massive long lines that took us over an hour to order and get our food.

MK, Columbia House
EP, Tangerine Cafe
DS, terrible food at every QS
AK, Yak & Yeti Local Foods Cafe
Resort, POR Mill Food Court create your own pasta

MK: Cosmic Ray's
Epcot: Cantina de San Angel
DHS: Backlot Express (it's the best of the bad choices here, IMO)
AK: Flame Tree
Resort: Gasparilla's at GF
DS: Wolfgang Puck Express

DS has had lousy food for at least a decade. Just look at the long list of bad reviews at all of the QS restaurants. Yet Disney has not been interested in improving QS at DS. Why?

MK: Casey's Corner (Pecos is honorable mention)
EC: Sunshine Seasons
DHS: Backlot Express
AK: Flame Tree (Satuli honorable mention)
Resort: Art of Animation

I think they are actually trying with ABC Commissary. My mom and I ate dinner there in October and I was blown away at the service. We ordered and they told us to sit where we wanted and they would bring our food to us. She said that that is what they do know after 4PM now. They even brought us condiments (we just wanted burgers), high quality silver colored silverware wrapped in a black napkin with a napkin ring and 2 free cupcakes (it was mom’s and my birthdays). One of the workers in there passed by us and saw it was our birthdays and proceeded to get the whole side of the restaurant to help her sing happy birthday to us. Also, not to forget the food, the burgers were hot and fresh. They also have steak fries (which I prefer) instead of regular Disney fries. They have even changed up their menu. Maybe you should give it a try.

MK Cosmic Ray's
HS Backlot Express
AK Yak and Yeti
E Bakery at Norway (can't spell the name :) )
Resort Captain Cook
DS - never visited a QS at DS
