Photoshop help... (cross posted)

Hi!

I posted this in the photography board, but I'm hoping someone here might be able to help too!

I am in need of a photoshop edit of a picture of my dog. She passed away last week and I'm making a gift for my vet to thank him and his staff for all they did to help her.

The picture is attached and I would like the eyes fixed:

Anything else you want to do to enhance the picture is fine with me!

If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it!!!
