I know I am going to be asking a lot of questions, and I thought that maybe turning this into a "help" thread might be beneficial to some other beginners, too.

Can someone tell me how to make text fit inside a circle, or even direct me to a tutorial that might help.

i am new to Photoshop and I want to have the type fit along the bottom half a circle, like a smile, if you know what I mean. I am working on a mac, if that makes any difference.

Thanks, it does help. The only thing I didn't get was when she said you could grab the edges of the text and warp it how you want. I am not sure quite how to do that. I grabbed the corners of the text box and it moved the whole text box but didn't warp it further. Anyone have suggestions? And thanks for the tutorial.

Depending on the curser shape depends on what it will do. It will move the box, or the line shape. Keep playing with it until you get the hang of it.

One other question, what is the best tool for drawing a rectangle with straight lines? I tried the marquee tool and then under Edit I used stroke with 1 pixel selected and no feathering, but the box was real fuzzy. Should I be doing something different?

Just let me mention that I do have a PhotoShop book, and I am exhausting my references before I come to you guys. Thanks in advance for help and suggestions.
