What are your favorite/must have Photoshop Elements actions to use? I have downloaded a few free ones but I have yet to find any that I absolutely LOVE.
I have seen The Coffeeshop Blog has a TON of free ones but I'm not sure how many of them I'd use.
I know some of this comes from personal preference in post processing, but I just CRINGE when I see some of the work these actions do on pictures (portraits especially) so I'm just curious what actions you like.
One of my friends sent me the pics she had taken (she lives in another state or I would have taken them for her) and they are AWFUL. Her daughter looks like a porcelain doll with creepy blown out eyes. She is SO upset. These pics don't even look like them. They look like mannequins!
We actually got a good laugh out of it after she stopped crying and I told her I would be happy to take some of them when she's back for Christmas. But in the mean time how would you suggest she remedy this with the current photographer?
I don't do a ton of post processing - just remove any blemishes and possibly some light color corrections but I much prefer pictures that look like the person themselves.
Any actions you love that enhance your photos? I'd be interested in trying some out!
