Can anyone explain more about the disney people taking your photograph and then you can look at them online? How do you sign up? Is it expensive? Is it completely ramdom if your photo is taken etc. Thanks

When I went in 2005 they had Disney's Photopass, is that what you mean?

You can either ask a photographer for a photopass card (credit card size) or spot people handing them out around the parks. After you have a one, every time you see a Disney photographer and have your photo taken you get your card swiped. When you return home log on to the website and type in the card number, the photos taken will be available to view or order online for 30 days.

Still the same, you can also take your 'card' into photo shops at the park and they'll show you your prints on a screen. You can buy them or wait until you get home and order on-line. You can also pre-purchase a photopass and Disney will put all your photos on a CD-it looked expensive to me though.

The photographers are out and about in the parks-lots inside the entrances to parks i.e on main street in MK so you get the castle as a backdrop etc. Also very often standing with characters. If you want a photo done just ask -and give them your card, they'll also take one with your camera if you ask. They have them at waterparks too, the card is smaller and on a curly stretchy plastic wire to put around your wrist.

We found that some photographers will approach you as you walk through the parks (although they are not 'pushy'), while others just wait to be asked.
