It's a great blog for seeing characters and they have some rare (ish) ones on there :goodvibes

Any news on whether he talks (like he does in the American versions).

Unless he's regularly appearing in WDW now the talking Mickey isn't out for the Meet and Greets in the park yet. I've heard about test runs in both WDW and DLR, but I never heard that a talking Mickey was out all the time now. He's talking in some shows though.

I seriously hope not I really dont like the blinking talking mickey in WDW!

I love him just the way he is!

I stand corrected then. I had no idea that the talking Mickey was the normal version at WDW already.

This one doesn't talk and afaik there is no plans to have him doing so

That must be so weird :scared1:

Yes but you see, you get 3 year olds like my DD who kept saying (loudly) "but why doesn't Mickey talk Mummy, he isn't answering me" :scared: Having said that, how do they get the voice to work? It's a pretty high pitched voice to imitate so I'm guessing it is recorded or something? Either that or they have a 7 year old boy in there or something :confused3:lmao:

Thanks for posting this. All these updates today have got me a bit hyper :lmao:

Spoiler (highlight below to read):

I believe they use a voice changer. They use similar technology for Stitch Live and Turtle Talk. It's impressive that they can use it within the costume.
