Photopass with reopening

What about a digital image? I don't necessarily want a hard copy picture right away.

WDW digital images are $15 and according to some old Disneyland bloggers it's the same price... if you Google Disneyland Photopass it pulls up some older Disney blogs with the breakdown which is pretty similar in prices. Just plunk it in Google and you'll see a few pop up.

I did Google it but was hoping to get some more updated info. I guess I'll find out in just over a week for myself :-)

Thank you so much! I'm not sure I would have checked again before we go on Sunday and now you saved me trip into the camera store.

Does each person in my group have to buy this for each day or just one person? Do you have to buy it each day or can you buy 2 days at a time? We have 2 day tickets.
Just one, but always use their photo pass QR code when taking photos.

I was at the parks today and got a photopass pic taken. I have tje option to purchase all the pics or one pic

Just putting this info here since I thought it might be helpful for some people.

There were many more photopass photographers in DL than DCA. They do NOT have one at the top of Main Street though which they usually do. They do have one by the entrance. The ones in Star Wars are dressed according to the land and blend in really well so they are harder to spot, but I saw at least 2 back there. They are doing Magic Shots. They do not have any with any of the characters.

That's a bummer that they don't have one at the top of Main Street. Really want a family picture with the castle. Hopefully by next month they have somebody there or some stranger will feel comfortable taking it for us on my phone.

They had a photographer at the friends statue and another right in front of the castle. They just didn't have one at the top of Main Street, where the flag is.

Stupid question (my brain has apparently fried anything pre-MaxPass) - if I buy the weeklong photos pass option, it starts when we take the first photopass photo? Download it?

I can't answer this definitively, but I can tell you that I bought the one-day pass for our trip at the beginning of the month. It was in my account (although you can't actually see it there). You can see the photos that were taken with the Disney watermark. If you decide to buy the photo, one of the options was to apply the one-day pass to it and then we were good for the rest of the day.

That night we pre-purchased another one-day pass thinking we would use it the next day We didn't end up taking enough pictures to make it worth it so didn't apply the purchase and it's still sitting in my account.

Based on my experience, I would guess you can look at the photos and decide when you want to start the clock running on the pictures by applying the week long pass.
