photopass ?....we never recieved a promo code when we checked in.

I finally got DH to sit down and look at our photo pass pics. We decided to order 2. When I went to check out, I realized I didn't have a promo code for the free pic. I went to the disney webpage and read in the package info there that we should have gotten a certificate for a free 5 x7. I went through the folder from the hotel and there isn't one. What should I do? My pics are going to expire next week! I don't want to pay if I was supposed to get one pic free.

We got our promo code in with the envelope from Magical Express. Look thru that paperwork, that's where you'll find it.
