Photopass w Gaston - is this you? / Wrong Photos in my PP

I think this section of the DIS gets the most views and I'm trying to find if this person or her family are on the DIS. Her photopass photos with Gaston wound up in my account.

So is this anyone out there? There's eight photos w Gaston in my account.

Has this happened to anybody before?

Have any advice for reuniting this park guest with her photos?

That's a bummer... wonder if anyone at disney could check the numbers, wow that makes me a little nervous for our trip

By the way, could you check your pictures each day on your account?

And could you download them to your computer.

Just an FYI, I was a person with lost photos in Disney cyber space. I contacted Disney photo, and provided them with as much detail as possible (park, location, day, rough time estimate, how many people in the photo, what we were wearing, etc). Disney was able to find the picture, and put it into my account within 5 business days. It must happen enough, as they have the information posted on the website, on how to get your pictures.

Same experience here. I've had to contact them 2-3 times to find lost photos. As long as you have a ballpark idea of date/time, can provide a detailed description or even a picture of the person wearing the same clothes they need to look for in the photos, they will do their best to find your photos. I've never had them not find our photos. So if it ever happens to you, chances are good they will pull through.

This happened to me. I set up MM+ when it first came out even though I didn't have a trip planned. Somehow, an entire families magic bands, reservations and photos showed up on my account. I called numerous times to have it fixed and no one understood how to fix it or how it happened. I waited until the families vacation was over and tried to delete my account. All they could suggest was to forget my account and start a new one with a different email address.

I didn't review my pics til I got home from my trip. So I can't help answer that sorry.

I didn't opt for MM but you get downloads of all your pics when you opt for that.
