Here's how it will work:
We'll get 5-6 families who will be at WDW between the last week of August to third week of September to sign-up.
1/ I will create a PhotoPass CD account and provide each group member with the group account login and password.
*** NOTE: it's very important that you DON'T register your PhotoPass card(s) to your own account!!!! You should ONLY add your PhotoPass card number to the GROUP ACCOUNT.
2/ Get a photopass card from a photopass photographer when they take your pictures in the parks. Each photographer will scan your photopass card to add photos to your photopass card id number. If you have more than 1 card you can consolidate them all into one card at the Photobooth at DW before you left the park.
3/ Each family will add their PhotoPass card number(s) to the group account and make any edits and add borders as they wish
4/ When everyone has added their cards and made their edits, I will order the CD from Disney
5/ Once I have received the CD from Disney I'll make copies of the disc and I'll ask each family to send me payment via PayPal or check through the mail. Depending on how many people joining our group, the cost will be calculated accordingly.
6/ When I receive your payment I will mail you your disc!!
So please let me know if you are interested in joining our group. Any questions please feel free to ask.

P.S. I am willing to separate the pictures for each family so that your pictures will only be on your CD not others CD (except the original CD I received from Disney. I promise that I will delete your pictures after all of you received your own CD and confirmed that your pictures are all good). From what I read other groups have done, I think it's easier if you will email me your photopass ID when you got home, I then create a folder for each family in the group account using their photopassID. You can then login and edit your pictures and save in your own folder. By doing so, I can easily copy your folder and burn into a CD for you later.
