Photopass question

So if I bought the Photopass and downloaded what I thought was all my pictures only to go through them and realize they are all not there what should I do? It is past the days they are still on my account by about a week. I am hoping that they are still out there somewhere.. thanks in advance for any advise.

Call them. I forgot to download last trip. It was almost 2 weeks later and they were able to restore them for me.
