photopass question

We just returned from our trip to the World on Monday, Dec 15.:cool1: Before we left I pre-ordered our photopass CD. They debited my credit card on Nov. 29th. We left on Wed. Dec. 3rd and with all the things going on with packing and taking care of things around the house before we left, I forgot to check my email to see if we received the all important Information email. As soon as I realized that I had forgot I called home and had my son check my email. Nothing.:confused3 I checked first thing when we got home on Monday. Nothing.:confused3 So I emailed them right away. So far nothing.:confused3 I have sent them another email saying I would just like some acknowledgment. I also made sure my email would accept emails from Photopass. Has this happened to anybody else? Or does anybody have any idea what else I can do if I don't hear from them in the next 24-48 hrs.? We have over 300 photos on our photopass card and would really like to start editing them, but I am afraid to even log into my photopass account until I receive "the email". Thanks for any help I can get.
 
Have you checked your junk mail folder? I got the code within 5 minutes of ordering. It's possible both the original mail and the replies are all in your junk mail folder. You may have already done that of course.
 
Is my order confirmation # the code I need to put in? I preordered the cd and photobook. My book is ready to print, but I'm not sure what to put in. It all expires 12/27/08 so I need to know fast. Thanks!

I looked in my Junk/spam mail and didn't find anything...but then again..its got so much in it that has made up dates I'm not sure how to find anything in it.
 
No, I got an email from photopass (same address as the order confirmation) entitled "Do Not Delete! Instructions for your Disney's Photo CD enclosed."

Inside it it has instructions and a line that says PhotoCD Promotion Code: After which is my code. The code was clearly unique to me as it contained my first name.
 

I was just looking at the HELP section on the photopass site. It says

Please be sure that DisneyPhotoPass@ecommserv.com is on your approved email senders lists to be sure that you receive the password email.

so that is the email addy you would be receiving an email from. Just FYI. If you don't have the email, then I agree, call them and have them resend it.
