We just returned from our trip to the World on Monday, Dec 15.
Before we left I pre-ordered our photopass CD. They debited my credit card on Nov. 29th. We left on Wed. Dec. 3rd and with all the things going on with packing and taking care of things around the house before we left, I forgot to check my email to see if we received the all important Information email. As soon as I realized that I had forgot I called home and had my son check my email. Nothing.
I checked first thing when we got home on Monday. Nothing.
So I emailed them right away. So far nothing.
I have sent them another email saying I would just like some acknowledgment. I also made sure my email would accept emails from Photopass. Has this happened to anybody else? Or does anybody have any idea what else I can do if I don't hear from them in the next 24-48 hrs.? We have over 300 photos on our photopass card and would really like to start editing them, but I am afraid to even log into my photopass account until I receive "the email". Thanks for any help I can get.
