Photopass question

Hi - I have some pictures in photopass that are about to expire. We only had about 12 pictures on it but they were really cute. I went in to edit, add borders, etc but it only shows me 4 border options.

I'm surprised that is all? I thought I'd read you could add characters too.

Am I doing something wrong?

Also, someone mentioned that they usually email you with a coupon for the cd when it is about to expire. I haven't gotten anything. Are there anyways to get deals on the CD?

I beleive there are only a few borders to choose from. I don't remember being able to add characters.

I never got an email with a discount coupon when we had one in March.
