Photopass Problem

Has anyone else had a problem with a photopass card saying that the ID was successfully linked but the photos are not available yet? We had several cards successfully load, but one that won't. Last pic would have been on 7/1, and the other cards also had pics from 7/1, so I don't understand why the pics aren't available. This is the card with majority of our pictures so I'm hoping it works.
 
I would call the PhotoPass help number now to make sure your photos are there and retrievable. We had that same problem numerous times when our APs changed, and calls to the PP help line solved the problem every time.

Thanks for the link! I will definitely try that if for some reason the help desk can't get my card working.
 

I know this is not related to your problem, and I am happy that it was resolved. Just as a side note, we have done PhotoPass quite a few times in the past. We usually end up with three or four cards as members of family split up and get pics. A few years back, a Castmember at the photo shop suggested that I always have everything combined before we leave because there can be issues and that way any pics that are lost are easier to retrieve. I now make sure that I collect everyone's cards and we combine everything on the last night/day as we are leaving the park.
 
I have been messing with Photopass for the past week. Saturday morning the Disneyland App on my phone told me there was no account related to my email address (I could not logon through the phone App at all). I totally freaked out and thought they lost all my photos. After calling customer service they reassured me they were just having issues with Photopass through the app and online. I could log into my Disneyland web based account online, but could not access Photopass online.

Yesterday I could log into my web based account on my PC but could not access Photopass. I could, however, log into the Android phone Disneyland App and see my photos, lol.

So, in a nutshell, yes - Photopass is having all sorts of issues. And don't freak out if the phone App says your account doesn't exist :).
 
I had a card that wouldn't link and wouldn't link...and then, I tried a day later, and it linked. Give it time.
 
sorry to ask on your post but where can i get more info on the new photpass system. We went in December 2013 and purchased ahead. What is different now? i keep reading how its changing but im confused. If some one can direct me to a thread that talks about this.Thanks

Photopass is now only offered on a daily basis, there is no multi-day pass anymore. it is $39 a day and you can purchase after the fact once you've seen your photos. You get a photopass card then scan it with your phone into the Disneyland app and you can see your pics and purchase it from the app.

We have dinner reservation at goofys kitchen. Will those also be included? they were included last time we went with the pp+

So we don't need to buy anything just keep the first card they give us and hopefully keep them all on that one and not have like 20 of them. and when we come back from disney we can buy them? We will be there two days can we use the same card for both. Assuming we will only have when in reality i will orobably have more.lol
