Photopass Private Resort Session

...I just heard thru the grapevine that Wilderness Lodge is doing the photo sessions as well now. So this extends the list to Grand Floridian, Saratoga Springs, Beach Club, Polynesian and now Wilderness Lodge. I would love to see some samples of people's photo's as this decision is going to be harder than I thought! I wonder what sort of shots one would get at the Wilderness Lodge???

My DH and I just did the photo session at the WL on the 1st day they were doing them. Beth was a great photographer and we got some awesome photos!! I will try to post some as soon as I get the CD.

We also did the photo session at the Poly and Richard was great as well. We had a lot of fun and can't wait to take our children down and do one with them.

You are just the person I need to talk to. I have a photopass session scheduled for both the WL and Poly. I really only have time for one session so I need to cancel one.

Which one should we do? We are staying at WL so that one would be very convienant, but we have never been anywhere on the Poly grounds. I really want to get a lot of beach pictures. Overall, which one did you like better?

We liked them both but the pictures turned out better overall at WL. Maybe I feel that way because we LOVE the WL! (We own DVC there.) We had the session scheduled for the Poly on Thurs. and during the shoot we were talking to Richard and he said that WL was starting to do sessions the next day. We were so excited and he called the WL at the end of our session and made the reservation for us for the next day. Don't get me wrong, the photos from the Poly are great too. They let us use some leis that they had and Richard took some great shots of us in the Poly and at the beach.

If you want photos with a South Pacific feel and more beach, go with the Poly. If you want woodsy and homey, go with the WL. WL also does some on the beach and several by the waterfall. Or do both like we did! I'm so glad that we did!

Okay, I have decided that we will do both the Poly and WL. That way I can be sure to get a front room worthy picture of the family. I think that this will be the best souviner (sp) that I could get from WDW. I am very excited.

Now off to figure out what to wear!!

We have a shoot booked at the Beach Club for next Thursday. I'm excited even though I haven't heard much of anyone else doing one there yet.

We just returned from 10 days at the Beach Club & saw several of the photo shoots going on during our stay. We saw photos being taken on the beach (where they show the nightly movies), on the path in front of the "Pick a Pearl" shop, & on the grass in front of the entrance to BCV.

DH was interested in our family having our pics. done, & inquired about it at the Photopass kiosk there, but we never got around to it this trip.
