photopass prepay?

I remeber reading somewhere that I can prepay the photopass cd before I leave and the price would be lower than when we return...however, the disney website doesn't seem to allow this. Does anyone know about this rate? Thanks!

At the top of the Disboard home page there is a box labeled DIS Site Updates, the link for the info is in there.
