If we are not certain on wether or not we really want to purchase this before we go is there a way for us to just purchase it when we arrive for our trip or does it need to be done before the trip. I thought I saw somewhere that you could purchase when you arrive.

there is a discount for purchasing it before your trip - just make sure it is 14 days before so they have time to send you the slip of paper for getting the card
