Photopass pics not showin

I would search for this but I'm using my phone in my room at POP. We took at least 50 pics last night and there are only 4 showing up so far. Does it take more than 24 hours or do I have a problem? We are sharing memory maker and the two accounts are linked. We did give my band to the photog every time... I'm not the primary on the acct. the pics that have shown up are 7DMT and BUZZ. Need to sort this out tonight as we are going home at 7am tomorrow.

If you're on the app, try a computer. Also make sure the primary account holder has given you permission to view.

No laptop...I'm using the browser on my phone. I'm pretty sure that the accounts are linked. I can see their pics but only some of mine are there.

They changed the app to show by park, probably not appearing because your looking at the park from a previous day. Not sure how to work the app to find the most recent or change what park your looking at, I don't have any photos in it to try myself.

This happened to me in sept where from the phone I swore I wasn't getting my photos.

If you click on the little funnel thing on the photo pass MM part (bottom right corner) it gives you an option to "show mine" or "show all" (I think those are the options). I'd try that first. The same little funnel thing will change other options too (like above poster said).

If that doesn't work, rather than using the app, try using the web browser on your phone.

Also ask if the primary person can see them all.

As I said I'm using the browser on my phone NOT the app. We were only in MK yesterday and the only photos that are showing are the 4 ride photos none of the ones that we had taken by a live photographer are there.

Half of mine from today are not showing up. We met Anna and Elsa this morning and only Anna pictures are showing up.

Some of mine in September took a while to show up as well. We didn't get a lot of our ride pictures until the next day. I asked a CM about it and they said to just keep checking back. Sorry, I know this doesn't really help!

No it does help. At this point we are packing to go home after spending a fabulous night at DHS with the lights. I'm hoping to see all my pics any time now. If not I guess I'm out of luck.

Sometimes there is a delay. A few hours to a day usually. But on Everest my husbands pics showed up (im the account holder) but mine didnt. Then 5 days later it was there. You can always go to photopass desk but usually they pop up.

I had to log out and back in to make all my photos display. After I did that, they showed up almost immediately. Maybe something to try.

Last year I was missing photos of my kids with Santa in MK (my favorite pics from the entire trip). I called and it took almost a week but they were able to hunt them down for me by figuring out around what time we were there and what my boys were wearing. Try giving them a call, the CMs were really helpful and looked for my pics for days.

Ugh...so many still missing. Went to à photopàss bbooth añd the CM couldn't find them. I'm ticked.

keep a list of what you are missing, around what time they were taken, and what you are wearing. After we got home we emailed photopass and they found ALL of the photographs we had done, even some we didnt know were missing.

My husband ended up calling on our last morning and sat on the phone with photopass for over an hour while the guy looked through everything. Along with Elsa pictures, mine train (which we didn't ask about because that would be impossible), our card for ETWB was invalid and our daughter played the beast and I was so upset that we didn't have those. The guy found both Elsa and the Belle pictures!

Ours were linked to my sister's account. They all eventually showed up, some that we didn't even know about! (7DMT and ToT).

I think that all of mine have appeared now. I know roughly what areas we did pics and I think that they are all there. I got home on Tuesday night and at that point I was still not seeing all my pics. I didn't check yesterday so can't say when they popped up.

We stopped at the photopass desk at Epcot today because so many pics were missing. He scanned my6 band and boom! There they were. He said the app blows (not in those exact words lol) and to use the site on an actual computer and they'd show up like they did for him.
