Photopass Photos expired!

I'm hoping someone else had a similar experience. My photopass photos started expiring yesterday, and the calendar I created is now gone. I know I should have ordered, but my family has all been sick all week, and last night, I planned to buy it but fell asleep putting my youngest to bed.

Has anyone had luck getting them restored? It says they are deleted from the system. I'm so sad as several were very important pictures that I didn't have on my own.

Nm. I got help. I called and the lady was super nice, brought them back, and extended the date by a couple week.
