Photopass photographers at Cape May?

Are there photopass photographers at Cape May character breakfast?

When I went this past May there were no photopass photographers at Cape May Cafe.

The only time I saw them were in the parks and usually by the castle/mainstreet, in front of spaceship earth in EPCOT, the tree of life in animal kingdom, before the great movie ride in DS and by the TOT. Also on a couple of the attractions (ex test track) you were able to put your photopass card where they take your pictures when you are on the ride

the above is just my experience maybe the photopass photographers are elsewhere in the park but i didnt see them much on my trip except for the above areas.
