Photopass photographer forgot to add in Tinkerbell - too late now?

In some of our pictures, the Photopass photograph forgot to add in Tinkerbell (it's pretty obvious, our hands our cupped and we're pointing at our empty hands). Is it too late to add her in? For that matter, can they add other characters in after the fact? I noticed some other photopass photos had the haunted mansion ghosts added in and I didn't know about them at the time.

Send an email to Disneyland photopass and explain what happened. You'll need to give them the photopass ID on the back of the card. I believe that since they can add them in the parks, they'll be able to do it online after the fact as well. A CM told me that quite a few characters haven't been showing up recently, but they can get them up.

They can do it. They did it for me and DS with Stitch popping out of the ground (talk about an obvious picture!).

Go through their help and contact us section, and choose the best one for your needs (probably in their technical help section).

Give them your name, photopass account email address (even though it's filled in in the form, trust me). The photopass card ID number it's on if you know it, and the area, day if you know it, what you're wearing, and of course that you want them to add Tinkerbell to your cupped hands.

It'll take a few days to hear back from them (it is NOT faster to call) and you might have to go back and forth a couple times while they ask for information their form should have AND what you already gave them, but ultimately it should be just fine.

Its pretty easy to do yourself too. Find a picture of tinkerbell and you can edit the photo and add her in.

But quest would have to give up the idea of having PP add her in, and get the CD of pictures, before quest could do that.



quest, about the ghosts, I don't know if you can just have them make a picture like that that you didn't pose for. But heck, ask 'em!
