PhotoPass missing pics

DH and I had MANY photos taken at all of the parks and DD during our 12 day stay. We got home last night and most of the pics are missing. There are only 15 pics and 10 of them were taken by the same photographer in front of the Sorcerer's hat in MGM. Anyone else have missing pics - and if you did - were they able to find them?

I didn't but I remember someone saying that if you call, and give them them the days and approximate times you had your pics taken, they will look for them for you. Some have had success with this, so I would call.

Yes I had a whole card missing couple pics on it. I sent photos, date and time to photopass people, they never found them I wouldn't trust them to be the only source of pictures.

I have seen many do well with it tho.

Make sure you put in a request from the photopass site for them to look for them.

They found mine. I e-mailed them on the Photopass sight. Described what day, where, what time, what we were wearing and about 5 days later they had found them. Don't give up hope yet. Give as much information as you can. Good luck.

DH and I were in the parks 8 different days, and hop frequently. We stopped at every photographer we saw in all parks. I didn't keep a record of what days or times, nor do I remember what we wore. Guess we're just out of luck. The pics that did show up were no better than the snapshots we took ourselves, so I guess it's no big deal. We won't bother with Photo Pass again.

Last time I looked some of ours where missing also. The photographer god some good pics of him hugging Mickey and i wanted see what how they came out but they aren't on the passport site. Guess I'll have to email them.

DW, DNiece and I stayed Oct 16 through 21. Used a lot of photo pass. We wound up with extra pictures of an older couple at Epcot when we checked on-line. I liked photo pass. It seems they have added more photographers at each park. I thought they took many great shots. My DNiece with Tink in her hands at MK was really cute.

If you get a lot of Photopass pictures taken in different parks, there is always a risk that if lines are long, that your Photopass can accidentally be given to someone else, and vice versa. As soon as I get my first Photopass, I write down the number. Many times we find ourself with a photopass opportunity but didn't have our Photopass handy. So I keep all my photopass numbers in my wallet.

We got back 10 days ago and got some really good pictures. I am ordering one because the version I took didn't come out as well. I use Photopasss as an insurance policy in case my character or castle family pictures don't come out. And I do like the ones where they put Tink in your hand too.

I wonder if that "older couple" might be us!! If we had our hats off (tan baseball type), DH had thin (very) white hair, and I have short brown hair.

Email them. They found most of mine and I had over 30 pictures missing.

They were very nice. My daughter was upset about not having Ariel's picture, DIsney gave me three free photos from my card and Ariel sent my daughter an autographed picture of herself.

All of ours were there and a few extras too. I have no idea who the people in the other photos are. Apparently they were just before us and the photo taker didn't swipe their card so they were added to ours.
